Market-wide Position
Limit in ESCORTS
The
derivative contracts in the underlying ESCORTS have crossed 95% of the
market-wide position limit on September 05, 2007. It is hereby informed that
all clients/ members shall trade in derivative contracts of ESCORTS
by offsetting their existing positions till the open interest comes down
to 80% of the market wide position limit.

Proposed suspension of
security
The equity
shares of the following company will be suspended from trading w.e.f September
13, 2007 (i.e. closing hours of trading on September 12, 2007) until further notice on the Capital Market
Segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for non- compliance
with certain provisions of the Listing Agreement.

Notice was
sent to the above company seeking reasons for non- compliance with certain
provisions of the listing agreement. The company has failed to respond to said
notice of the Exchange. In view of this, the Exchange has decided to suspend
trading in the equity shares of the company w.e.f September 13, 2007 (i.e.
closing hours of trading on September 12, 2007) till further notice.

News about Pricol
Limited
The media had reports that Pricol Limited has
entered into a joint venture with Pune construction company Vascon Engineers
Ltd to develop real estate projects.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market
place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the
officials of the company.
Pricol Limited has vide its letter inter-alia
stated, "We would like to inform that the Company has not entered into any
Joint Venture with Pune construction Company, Vascon Engineers Limited to
develop real estate project. Further, the news item in the media has wrongly
mentioned a Joint Venture between Pricol Limited and Vascon Engineers Limited,
instead of a Joint Venture between Pricol Property Development Limited and
Vascon Engineers Limited."
