Viom is planning to raise funds for its growth either through private placement or listing overseas. Till date, the Board of Directors of Srei have not considered to divest any stake in Viom. Further, we would like to state that the Company does not have any information/announcement which in our opinion might have any bearing on the price / volume behavior in the Company's scrip."
