News about West Coast Paper Mills Limited

The media had reports that International Paper is in negotiation to buy out promoter’s majority stake in West Coast Paper Mills Limited.

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.

West Coast Paper Mills Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We would like to inform that as far as we know there is no such proposal on part of the promoter."

Market-wide Position Limit in PANTALOONR

The derivative contracts in the underlying PANTALOONR have crossed 95% of the market-wide position limit on December 04, 2012. It is hereby informed that all clients/ members shall trade in derivative contracts of PANTALOONR by offsetting their existing positions till the open interest comes down to 80% of the market wide position limit.
