News about Ackruti City Limited
The media had reports that Ackruti City Limited is
in talks with PE Firms to raise around Rs.150 Crores.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or
otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market
place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the
company.
Ackruti City Limited has vide its letter inter-alia
stated, “The Company has not given any such information as appearing in the
news item to the press. The Company shall keep the Stock Exchange informed in
the event of substantive developments of price sensitive nature relating to its
business, in terms of obligation of disclosure pursuant to the Listing
Department."
