The media had reports on August 1, 2007 that Creative Eye Ltd. is planning to set up a channel, which will be a mix of spiritual, wellness and entertainment.

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.

Creative Eye Ltd. has vide its letter inter-alia stated," We would like to clarify here that the company is at present concentrating on consolidating its current line of business. The management of the company in its regular course of business discusses various plans to diversify and increase its presence in the market. However, no such plan as published in the newspaper has been submitted to the Board of Directors for their consideration or approval."
