Clarification by D B Realty Limited

Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in D B Realty Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. D B Realty Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We would like to clarify that the Company is not aware of the reason of this increase in the volume. Further, there are no information / announcement (including pending announcement), which in our opinion, may have a bearing on the operation / performance of the Company or on the price / volume behavior in the scrip including any price sensitive information and which are not disclosed to the Stock Exchanges."
