The media had reports that Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited and Videocon have agreed to resolve the dispute regarding Datacom.

 

The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.

 

Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated," We would like to clarify that the company has not entered into any agreement with Videocon Industries Ltd (Videocon) regarding Datacom Solutions Pvt Ltd (Datacom). Since there is no agreement / dispute between the company and Videocon regarding Datacom, the question of settlement of dispute does not arise at all."
