To All Members,

Sub. : Upload of Direct Market Access (DMA) User Ids data to the Exchange

This is further to Circular nos. NSE/CMTR/10679 dated May 09, 2008 and NSE/FAOP/10680 dated May 09, 2008 regarding �Direct Market Access (DMA)� trading facility. As per the circular, members are required to provide details of all user-ids activated / deactivated by the member for DMA facility to the Exchange.

Trading Members are requested to report the details of DMA IDs to the Exchange through ENIT (available at https://www.enit.co.in) in the following manner:

1. Upload the details of NEAT Id when the same is enabled for DMA facility. Instructions given in Annexure � 1.

2. Upload the DMA User Id with complete details of client, when DMA User Id is activated / deactivated. Instructions given in Annexure�2.

Annexure � 1 : Instructions for uploading the details of NEAT Id when the same is enabled for DMA facility.

� The member needs to login to https://www.enit.co.in then follow the path Exchange>CTCL>CTCL Id Activation.

� In the CTCL Id Activation form, members are required to fill details of NEAT Id, when the same is enabled for DMA facility in the same way as Internet based trading (IBT) is uploaded except for CTCL Id which needs to be entered as �222222222222� (12 times �2�).

� Note : NEAT Id enabled for DMA can also be enabled for CTCL or internet both as well, in this case members are required to do the following:-

- For DMA - Members will have to upload �222222222222� (12 times �2�) with details as that of the NEAT Id which is enabled for DMA.

- For IBT - Members will have to upload �111111111111� (12 times �1�) with details as that of the NEAT Id which is enabled for IBT.

- For CTCL activations / deactivations:- Members will have to upload the actual details of CTCL Id and CTCL user as required by circular no. 547, ref. no. NSE/MEM/7913 dated September 25, 2006.

- For e.g. if a NEAT Id �1234� is enabled for CTCL, IBT as well as DMA, then the member has to upload �111111111111� for the IBT, �222222222222� for DMA and the 12 digit Id for each of CTCL extensions taken from the CTCL server separately.

Annexure � 2� - Instructions for uploading DMA User Ids with complete details of client, when DMA User Id is issued to the client.

Once the compliance part as given in Annexure � 1 is done, member needs to follow path ENIT/Exchange/DMA/DMA Id Activation.

DMA ID ACTIVATION :

In DMA Id Activation Screen, member needs to enter details pertaining to the DMA terminal with the complete details of the client whom DMA terminal is issued for trading purpose. DMA Id activation screen available in ENIT is as under :

Instructions to fill in DMA terminal details :

- Srl no. 1 & 2 will be shown by default as Member name and Member Code

- Srl no. 3 - Market Segment � Member needs to select the segment for which DMA Id is issued to client.

- Srl no. 4 - NEAT User Id � Member needs to select the NEAT Id from which DMA Id is connected. A dropdown list containing the NEAT Ids uploaded as per the above Annexure -1 will be provided for members convenience.

- Srl no. 5- Unique Client Code � Member needs to enter the Unique Client code of the client to whom DMA Terminal is issued.

- Srl no. 6 � Client name � Member needs to enter Client�s name whom DMA terminal is issued.

- Srl no. 7 � Login Id Allotted � Member needs to enter the Login Id through which the client will login to DMA terminal.

- Srl no. 8 � PAN No. - Member needs to enter the PAN of the client to whom DMA Terminal is issued.

- Srl no. 9 � Category of client � by default this value will be �Institutional�.

- Srl no. 10 � Complete postal Address of Client� Member needs to enter Complete postal Address of Client whom DMA terminal is issued. State will get auto populated once city is selected from the dropdown list.

- Srl no. 11 - Complete postal Address of DMA terminal � Member needs to enter Complete postal Address of the location where DMA terminal is actually issued. State will get auto populated once city is selected from the dropdown list. If Address of DMA terminal is same as Address of client then kindly tick the button �Same as above�.

- Srl no. 12 � Date of Activation � Member needs to select the date when DMA terminal was activated. Same can be selected from the calendar provided.

DMA ID DEACTIVATION :

In DMA Id Deactivation Screen, member needs to enter details pertaining to deactivation of the DMA terminal given to client for trading purpose. DMA Id Deactivation screen available in ENIT is as under :

- Once the Unique client code is selected, Srl no. 6 to Srl no. 11 will get auto populated.

- Srl no. 12 - Date of Deactivation � Member needs to select the date when DMA terminal needs to be deactivated. Same can be selected from the calendar provided.
